Metronome 2.5.0 is the first developer series release. It contains numerous feature additions, including support for fetching inputs from the git revision control system, platform/prereq namespaces, job throttling on the submit node, better timeout granularity, and .wgetrc options for inputs.

This release contains all of the bugfixes from the Metronome 2.4.4 stable release.
